A Rash Relevation 2/26/2004

Dear Diary,

The day is friday and now is 10mins to 2 in the afternoon.

This sucks. After 2 visits to the doctor and an injection, the rash only seemed to get worse. After some pondering and out of fear that i might become horribly disfigured.... ~=_= i went to the National Skin centre with mom today early morning at 7:30, reached the centre after half an hr by cab..

After making an appointment and having a short breakfast while waiting for the queue, it's my turn. The skin specialist attending to me is Dr Antony Tan. blah blah blah, to cut things short, Dr Antony suspected that my sudden outbreak of rashes was due to an allergic reaction to, guess what? Sunlight.

"What? Antony, actually i've been quite involved in basketball ever since maybe, 13,14years old. I've been constantly under the sun for many many hrs but so far... this hasn't happened before.." i replied in a rather flustered manner. Well, I really don't think it's the light, u see?

"Allergy reactions to light can occur anytime in your life, i need you to take a photo test next monday, the results wil be out the following day. Mary, can u help me check the dat..." Dr Antony replied in a nonchalent sort of way, while drifting back to his assistant and forth...

Alright, initial dignosis over... what surprising results.. i got some cream and sunblock from the pharmacy as prescription..

Damn sianz... If i really kena allergy to sunlight how? sia.. dun think so la....hope not la ah.. On a side note, being cooped up at home for 3 days straight is not a really fun thing to do for those who haven't tried it before and are contemplating it.. hm.. see later brother jason is available anot.. can jio him lim kopi... provided i wear shades, cap, long sleeves and provided he's not afraid of freddy kuger coz now i look like him ahahahhaha!!!
